SupplierWatch is now Vendor Management
SupplierWatch is now RiskWatch Vendor Management
SupplierWatch is now RiskWatch Vendor Management, a platform for onboarding third parties, assessing them with framework-aligned questionnaires, and scoring supplier risk across your whole population. Same third-party methodology, the same questionnaire libraries, now with onboarding workflows, performance scoring, and portfolio rollups.
Existing SupplierWatch or VendorWatch customer? Your vendors, questionnaires, and history carry forward.
The short version
What is SupplierWatch?
SupplierWatch was RiskWatch's supplier and vendor risk management software, the tool teams used to onboard third parties, send framework-aligned questionnaires, score each supplier's risk and reliability, and track a whole supplier population in one place.
It was renamed, not retired. SupplierWatch is now the Vendor Management module of the RiskWatch platform. The questionnaire libraries (SIG, CAIQ, and custom), the supplier scoring methodology, and the assessment cadence all carried forward, and the product gained vendor onboarding workflows, supplier performance scoring, fourth-party and concentration-risk views, and portfolio rollup dashboards.
What carried forward, and what’s new
Everything SupplierWatch did, on a bigger platform
Vendor onboarding workflows
Stand up a repeatable intake and due-diligence workflow so every new supplier is assessed the same way before they touch your data.
SIG, CAIQ, and custom questionnaires
Send framework-aligned questionnaires from pre-built libraries, or build your own with logic branching and weighted scoring.
Supplier risk and performance scoring
Score each vendor on a defensible, weighted rubric, the same engine SupplierWatch pioneered, now with performance tracking over time.
Reassessment cadence + auto-renewal
Schedule recurring third-party assessments by tier, with reminders and auto-renewal so no vendor review slips past its due date.
Fourth-party and concentration risk
Surface sub-processor exposure and concentration risk across the supplier base, not just one vendor at a time.
Supplier portfolio dashboards
Roll up the whole supplier population into one view, with risk tiers, open findings, and reassessment status on a single screen.
Side by side

The standards SupplierWatch worked against, still built in
Every SupplierWatch questionnaire mapped to a recognized third-party risk standard, and that is still true. Pick the questionnaire your program runs on and the scoring and reporting come pre-mapped.
